• This is one of my favourite two ingredient pancake recipes. It is so easy and quick. I was just making them and thought I would film quickly if anyone is looking for some Pancake Day inspiration.

    You only need: 

    • 1 banana (preferably ripe, or pop it in the microwave for 20 seconds)
    • 2 eggs


    1. Mash the banana in a bowl
    2. Add both eggs and whisk.
    3. Heat up some oil in a pan, add mixture. 
    4. Give it 20/30 seconds and start to bring mixture together. Once the mixture moves easily flip it onto to the other side. 

    Serve with all your favourite Pancake bits.
