• Spinach is one of my favourite side dishes. Tasty and ram packed full of goodness and as as Popeye swore by well known to be a good source of iron  :)

    Step one:

    If you haven't purchased pre-washed fresh spinach, run the spinach under cold water for a few minutes. Make sure you get rid of the excess water before cooking.

    Step two:

    Heat a little olive oil in a large frying pan.

    Step three:

    Add the spinach to the pan. Make sure to keep moving the spinach so it doesn't stick.

    Step four:

    Add a little butter if desired. Serve and enjoy :)
