• The story follows three women; Gemma, Saffron and Catlin. The story begins on New Years Eve and as the clock chimes, the three women each vow to change their lives.

It's got that gutsy inspirational theme to the book, which is my favourite kind of chick-lit novel. Each of the women face challenges and shocking new developments along every twist and turn. The characters emotionally grow as people and learn about themselves along the way and what is truly important to them. As well as finding that classic love, romance and happiness.

Such a lovely book to read on your commute, or pool side now we are entering beach holiday time. It would definitely would transport you on a lovely journey, whilst sat on your sun longer with a cocktail in hand!

The book has a similar theme to One Night in Italy, which I read a while back (click here to read the review).

At the back of the book, there are some cute little extras too. Including A fortune-cookie recipe, the Best Hangover Cures, and top tips for sticking to New Year's Resolutions.  I am definitely going to give the cookies a go this year for a lovely touch to a party.

Has anyone else read a good book recently?

    Lots of love,
    Helen xoxo
