I was just thinking I really fancy writing a fun blog post and then I remembered I have been nominated to do this tag by the lovely Jess from Jess In Retrospect. One of my favourite things is sleeping so a very apt tag for me :)

    1.What are your favourite pajamas?

I’m more of a pj bottoms around the house kind of gal, but for bed I usually wear a baby doll nightdress. Or if it’s really cold, then I will drag out my (very sexy!) old granny fleece t shirt style nighty.

    2. Current bedtime reading?
I am currently reading 'The Year of Taking Chances' by Lucy Diamond. I'm loving it so far. I totally love reading chick-lit as I find it's a wonderful form of escapism.

    3. What is on your bedside table?
My lamp and my alarm clock (although I use my phone for my alarm!). my book,  a box of tissues, a lipbalm, eye mask and ear plugs (I can't sleep without them) and a Clarins hand cream.

    4. Favourite sleepy scent?
Freshly washed bedding. I adore that smell when you get into your fresh sheets and breathe in the smell :) Probably why one of my favourite bedside candles is the Yankee Clean Cotton.

    5. What is your usual bedtime & wakeup time?
If I'm at school, my wake up is a time I never really want to see - 5:45 :( Sleep then is around 10 - basically can't keep my eyes open after that and if I do, I'm just a useless mess the next day! I need at least 7-8 hours sleep to be at my best. I like to wind down before drifting off by reading my book or catching up on blogs/You Tube.

    6. Top 3 bedtime products?
I apply the Body Shop Overnight Vitamin E serum and cream, then lip balm over my lips and a good smothering of Clarins hand cream. Best thing my mum ever told me is to moisturise your skin to keep those wrinkles at bay!

    7. Your most common sleeping position?
I have to say I laughed when I read what Jess put to this. I'm with you gal. I sleep on my side cuddling my pillow, or duvet. But, I always wake up halfway down the bed laying on my tummy for some reason!

    8. Any strange bed time routines?
Not strange, but it takes me ages to get ready for bed. Faffing is not the word. I think some nights it takes me longer than to get ready for work. Yep, I'm strange!

    9. Are you big spoon or little spoon?
Probably more of a big spoon. I like to cuddle things, then let go as I fall asleep. I get a bit claustrophobic if I'm cuddled as you can't move about without disturbing the other person.

I nominate anyone who fancies doing this tag! Enjoy :)
    Lots of love,
    Helen xoxo
