• I adore the Body Shop Body Butter and always stock up when it is on offer. I was gutted a few weeks back to realise my stash had run dry. So, I went in search to see if I could find a viable alternative.

I am starting to become a bit more cost-conscious now,  as I am hopefully going back to University in September. That doesn't mean I want to compromise on quality though, I just want to find some good bargains.

Here a few of the good ones I have tried so far:

Vaseline Cocoa Butter Smoothing Body Butter 250ml £4.99 from Boots
This smelt good, left my skin soft. Really impressed by the thick creamy texture of the product. I definitely would re-purchase if it was offer. (It is currently £2.99 at Boots, but I purchased it for £4.99).

NSPA Fruit Extracts Fresh Sweet Raspberry Rich Body Butter 200ml £3 (or 2 for £4) from ASDA
I was impressed that for a supermarket brand, it is actually created by the Experts at Nirvana Spa The UK's No.1 Day Spa. This left my skin feeling amazing. The smell lingers on your skin, as a delicate scent for hours. (Careful though, it may just have been coincidence, but when I tried this yesterday, I had a wasp annoying me!).

Mango & Papaya Nourising Body Butter 200ml £2.99 from Superdrug
This smelt good enough to eat! It was a lovely product, but just not quite as moisturising as the NSPA.

The winner for and closes Body Shop dupe (for me), has to be the NSPA - luckily I picked up 2!

Has anyone tried any other good budget body butters?

    Helen xoxo
